Allison proudly hails from a military family and grew up all around the world. She spent most of her teenage years in Bethesda, MD. Allison attained a B.F.A from Elon University in Music Theatre. She then spent the next 10 years touring internationally, originating three Broadway shows, one Off-Broadway, countless regional shows, commercials, T.V. and film features. Allison’s desire to grow deeper into her craft led her to be accepted into the prestigious Old Globe and USD Graduate Program. The M.F.A program concentrates in Classical Acting and Voice and Speech but also trained her in:

After graduating, Allison continues to work in her craft on Stage and Film. She teaches at numerous locations around the Southern CA region and across the country. For 10 years Allison has consistently worked as an adjunct theatre professor and Director at UCSD, USD & Grossmont College. Allison is a senior acting coach with MTCA which helps students audition for a Theatre Degree. She Directs at regional houses in San Diego and is the Lead Director of: Pearce Studios, Speaker Coaching. Allison has been the lead speaker coach at Google Cloud since 2021.
Michael and Allison's proudest accomplishment is their daughter, Ella. They all reside in San Diego, CA.
